X-Pay supports a wide range of payment methods including credit/debit cards (via Stripe), mobile money providers (MTN, Orange, Airtel, M-Pesa), bank transfers, and our own X-Pay wallet system. The available methods depend on your business location.
X-Pay supports multiple currencies and automatically handles currency conversion at competitive rates. Users can hold balances in different currencies and easily convert between them when needed. Merchants can accept payments in various currencies and receive settlements in their preferred currency.
X-Pay's fees vary by payment method: 2.9% + $0.30 for card payments, 1.5% for mobile money transactions, 1.0% for X-Pay wallet transfers, and 1.8% for bank transfers. Volume discounts are available for businesses with high transaction volumes.
Split Bills allows users to create shared expenses and split them among multiple participants. Each participant receives a request and can pay their portion using their X-Pay wallet or other supported payment methods. The system tracks payments and notifies all participants when the bill is fully settled.
Susu is a traditional West African saving method where group members contribute equal amounts regularly, and each member takes turns receiving the full pool. X-Pay digitizes this process, automating contributions, tracking payments, and managing distribution schedules with full transparency and security for all participants.
